Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment time. When you notify me that you cannot make it within that required timeframe, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied, but you will be eligible to rebook your appointment once the fee is paid. If I'm notified before 48 hours you do not need to worry about the fee. If cancellations occur last-minute three separate times, you may be removed from the booking roster to ensure fairness and availability for other clients. This policy helps protect the value of time allocated specifically for your service.
